Victoria Beckham’s Luxurious Property Empire Revealed in New Netflix Documentary

Victoria Beckham, the 51-year-old fashion designer, has given fans a rare glimpse into her £111 million property empire shared with her husband, David Beckham. The couple’s luxurious homes are set to be featured in a new three-part Netflix documentary, premiering on October 9. This series follows Victoria as she prepares for her most ambitious runway show yet at Paris Fashion Week, filmed in 2024. Alongside behind-the-scenes moments from the fashion world, the documentary also includes appearances from close friend Eva Longoria and, of course, David and the Beckham family.

Beyond fashion, the documentary offers an exclusive look into the couple’s lavish properties, showcasing their impressive global real estate portfolio. From their grand Holland Park mansion in London to their new villa in Miami, the Beckhams have built a collection of stunning homes that reflect their success over the years.

Cotswolds Estate: A Country Retreat

Many scenes from the documentary capture Posh and Becks chatting to the cameras from their idyllic Cotswolds estate. Built in 2018, this sprawling countryside retreat is packed with luxurious features, including multiple bedrooms, four half-bathrooms, and a professional-grade chef’s kitchen. Following extensive renovations, the property now includes a sauna, plunge pool, gym, swimming pool, football pitch, and even a £50,000 safari tent on the grounds for entertaining. It’s now estimated to be worth around £12 million.

In one scene, Victoria and David are seen speaking from their grand dining room, a stunning space framed by large windows and a natural stone fireplace. At the center of the room is a long wooden dining table beneath twin chandeliers, surrounded by plush grey velvet chairs.

Elsewhere, David is spotted relaxing on a luxurious Chesterfield green velvet sofa in a drawing room, thought to cost around £10,000. Another glimpse inside the home reveals the couple’s warm, rustic kitchen. Copper pans hang from a large overhead rack, complemented by Daylesford White Stripe tea towels — a nod to the nearby village. Exposed brick walls are adorned with oak shelving stacked high with glassware and wooden boards. The kitchen’s generous layout includes a breakfast bar and a large leather sofa arranged around a cosy fireplace.

Through the expansive glass doors, the estate opens out onto immaculate lawns, where David tends to his vegetable patch, chickens, and even produces his own honey.

Holland Park: A London Mansion

In 2016, David and Victoria purchased their elegant London mansion in Holland Park for £8 million. Now estimated to be worth around £31 million, the property spans six bedrooms and features an indoor swimming pool, gym, and wine cellar. It also includes a private annexe where their eldest son, Brooklyn, once lived before relocating to the US with his wife, Nicola Peltz.

One scene in the documentary offers a glimpse inside the home’s sleek kitchen, fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and stylish black cabinetry. Open wooden shelving with subtle strip lighting adds warmth and practicality, while a Dualit toaster and flat-screen television can be seen in the background. The space beautifully balances the grandeur of a period property — with large sash windows and natural wood details — against the clean lines and stainless-steel accents of a contemporary design.

Another scene moves to the dining area, framed by three expansive bay windows dressed with white shutters and heavy draped curtains. A white carved fireplace sits beneath a round mirror, while at the heart of the room stands a solid natural-wood dining table.

Miami Residences: A Waterfront Luxury

Last year, David and Victoria added to their impressive property portfolio with the purchase of a £60 million Miami mega-mansion overlooking Biscayne Bay. Built in 2018, the sprawling waterfront property is packed with luxury features, including multiple bedrooms, four half-bathrooms, and a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen. Inside, the couple can also enjoy their own private cinema, gym, spa, and a stunning swimming pool. Outdoors, the mansion is equally impressive, boasting a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a stylish rooftop lounge, and 124 feet of frontage directly on Biscayne Bay.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the home offers sweeping views of the tranquil waters below. In one scene from the documentary, Victoria appears effortlessly chic as she speaks to the camera from the light-filled living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, while several balconies and terraces frame the ocean views. Another heartwarming moment shows Victoria and her daughter, Harper, in the sleek kitchen as they practice a TikTok dance together. The modern space features crisp white cabinetry, a black marble island, and a minimalist design that perfectly complements the home’s coastal setting.

Dubai Apartment: A Hidden Gem

While their Dubai apartment did not feature in the documentary, the pair splashed out on the property in the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, in 2009, and are still thought to own it now. The couple has kept this property away from the spotlight as they rarely share photos from inside on social media — unlike their other properties. According to Times of India, the family bought the apartment for around $5 million (£4 million).
