Virginia Giuffre, a woman who passed away in April at the age of 41, shared her experiences in her posthumous autobiography titled “Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice.” In this book, she described Prince Andrew as “entitled” and claimed he believed having sex with her was his “birthright.”

The 400-page memoir, which Virginia completed before her death, reveals the alleged encounter she had with Prince Andrew when she was just 17 years old. This happened after she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein. The book is scheduled to be released this month and offers a detailed account of her time under Epstein’s control.

In the book, Virginia recounts how Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, said “thank you” in a “clipped British accent” after their encounter. Ghislaine Maxwell, another key figure in the case, is also mentioned as praising Virginia, saying, “You did well, the Prince had fun.”

Virginia’s story is centered around her time as a victim of Epstein and Maxwell, including her first meeting with Prince Andrew. According to reports from The Sun, she met him in March 2001 after arriving at Maxwell’s house in Belgravia. Maxwell reportedly asked Andrew to guess Virginia’s age, which he correctly identified as 17.

Publishers Alfred A Knopf highlighted that the book contains “intimate, disturbing, and heartbreaking new details about her time with Epstein, fellow sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell and their many well-known friends, including Prince Andrew, about whom she speaks publicly for the first time since their out-of-court settlement in 2022.”

Virginia, who was a mother of three, was found dead at her home in Neergabby, Australia, where she had been living for several years. The publishers noted that she completed the manuscript only 25 days before her passing.

She was one of the most vocal accusers of Epstein and his ex-girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell. In an email to journalist Wallace, Giuffre stated, “The content of this book is crucial, as it aims to shed light on the systemic failures that allow the trafficking of vulnerable individuals across borders.”

She emphasized the importance of understanding the truth and addressing the issues surrounding such cases, both for justice and awareness. In the same email, she wrote, “In the event of my passing, I would like to ensure that Nobody’s Girl is still released. I believe it has the potential to impact many lives and foster necessary discussions about these grave injustices.”

Giuffre’s memoir not only provides a personal account of her experiences but also serves as a call to action for society to address the systemic issues that enable such abuses. Her story highlights the need for greater awareness and accountability in cases involving powerful individuals and their connections to criminal activities.

The release of “Nobody’s Girl” is expected to spark important conversations about the exploitation of vulnerable individuals and the responsibilities of those in positions of power. It also underscores the ongoing fight for justice for victims of sexual abuse and trafficking.

Through her words, Virginia Giuffre leaves behind a legacy that continues to challenge the status quo and demand change. Her memoir is a testament to her courage and determination to ensure that her voice is heard, even after her passing.
