This revelation came about during a conversation with her daughter Kim in Paris, where Jenner candidly admitted that her nose is “probably the only thing on my face that’s real.” Kim, in turn, offered reassurance about her mother’s teeth, stating that they are natural and that she has “never had a veneer.” Jenner then playfully alluded to past discussions about her own physique, jokingly asking Kim to “bend over.”
Reflecting on the decision to undergo the facelift in an interview with Vogue Arabia in August, Jenner explained her motivations. She revealed, “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.” She elaborated on her perspective on aging, stating, “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. Levine, who is reportedly known as the “facelift maestro.” She discussed a unique “password” system they devised for potential patients seeking consultations. Speaking on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Jenner recalled, “He didn’t want the attention, which I loved. I said, ‘But do I have your permission to say who you are?’ And he goes, ‘Listen, I’ll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, I’m Kris Jenner’s best friend, and can I have a consultation? They have to say the secret password.’” Jenner highlighted that her surgeon had received numerous calls from individuals claiming to be her friends since her procedure.
Jenner emphasized the importance of being open about her cosmetic procedures, stating that it was crucial to “inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself.”

She previously underwent a facelift in 2011 by Dr. Garth Fisher, who also performed Kylie Jenner’s breast augmentation in 2019.
