A Night of Glamour and Nostalgia at Victoria Beckham’s Netflix Documentary Premiere
Emma Bunton made a striking appearance at the London premiere of Victoria Beckham’s new Netflix documentary, where she was seen on the arm of her son. The Spice Girl dazzled in a pea green trouser-suit, making a rare red carpet appearance. Her choice of a sheer top that revealed a black lace bra added to the allure of her look, ensuring she captured everyone’s attention.
Beau Jones, 18, Emma’s elder child with husband Jade Jones, looked sharp in a grey chalk stripe suit and tie. The pair linked arms on the red carpet, showcasing their bond. However, Emma was not accompanied by Jade or their 14-year-old son Tate during the event. Despite this, she reunited with all but one of her Spice Girls bandmates.
Melanie Chisholm and Geri Horner-Halliwell were present on the red carpet, supporting Victoria. However, Melanie Brown was notably absent due to a scheduling conflict.
Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham, 51, was joined by her family at the star-studded premiere of her much-anticipated Netflix documentary. Dressed head-to-toe in white, the fashion designer made a stunning appearance in a thigh-high split skirt and structured blazer from her collection. Her dapper husband David, 50, was by her side as they unveiled the three-part series that chronicles her journey from a Spice Girl to a WAG and a fashion designer.
The couple’s sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, along with Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30, and daughter Harper, 14, were all present for the celebration. Despite the absence of their estranged son Brooklyn, 26, Victoria couldn’t stop smiling as she enjoyed her big night out.
It was a poignant moment for the Beckham family, reminding everyone of how much has changed. Just over two years ago, Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz were at the premiere of David’s show, Beckham, held at the same venue. Although Victoria and David have reconciled their situation regarding their eldest son, they are still missed at family gatherings following the fallout that led to them missing David’s 50th birthday celebrations.
Still, it was a night of delight for Victoria. A mini Spice Girls reunion took place, although it was incomplete due to Melanie Brown being away on business in the US. She did, however, send Posh flowers to wish her luck for her big night.
In addition to Emma, Geri Halliwell Horner and Melanie C made a show-stopping arrival, supporting their close friend. Geri was joined by her husband Christian Horner, who made their first public appearance since it was revealed that the former F1 guru received an £80 million pay-off from his former employers, Red Bull. Mel C and her boyfriend Chris Dingwall made a rare appearance together at the premiere. Mel finally went public with her new partner in summer last year after months of speculation about their romance.
A source close to Victoria said: “Victoria is so happy that the Spice Girls could be there; she just loves being with them so much. They are a huge part of her journey and they are featured a lot in the documentary. It was a shame that Mel B wasn’t there, but she was away, and on this occasion, nobody was not there because of any in-fighting.”
